Can I operate a business out of my rented apartment in Nevada?

I am starting a business in Life Coaching. My business primarily takes place on the phone, internet or OTHER peoples homes. I live in an apartment that I rent is it legal to run a business out of it? I live in Las Vegas NV Clark County. I was told to get a PMB box, is this acceptable when filing for a business?? Thanks
I would appreciate someone who actually has knowledge on the topic/Nevada laws. Unlike Zeus who seems to just answer questions for points who is of no help to simply foward me to the obvious. Forgive me for being blunt, but such a simple question should not be posed by one who plans to be a life coach.

Each city and town regulates home-based businesses. Check with your town to see if you can obtain a business license. Chances are, you can. Any for reference this Life Coach is NOT a BUSINESS Coach and instead helps people to process there fears and judgments in order to release them. Sounds like Zeus could benefit huh? Forgive me for being blunt, but such a simple question should not be posed by one who plans to be a life coach.
Each city and town regulates home-based businesses. Check with your town to see if you can obtain a business license. Chances are, you can.

Yes that would be acceptable. You would need to be licensed bonded and insured if anything bad were to happen to cause harm to another person. Yes you can run the business from your apartment as long as yo don’t have traffic flowing through the complex that would be considered a nuisance.
Check with your state or county to see what license you would need.
